In Anchors Aweigh, Kaapo Kamu's photography meets contemporary dance in a performance that delves into the limitations of life and society place on the individual. How does it feel when we cannot or are not allowed to act? How often do we impose restrictions on ourselves?

The visual atmosphere and emotional tone of the performance are shaped by Kamu’s photographs, which are projected onto the stage. Guitarist Trey Gunn's fusion of various musical elements provides a powerful sonic landscape, further enhancing the experience.
