What is the registry description?

This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, process and store users' personal data. It also provides information on the rights of data subjects, such as the right to inspect, correct or delete their own data.

We need your name and email address in order to respond to the message you have written on the form.

Any other information you provide in the contact form is voluntary.

We do not use your contact information for anything other than communicating with you, and we will never pass on your contact information.

Data is transferred over an SSL-secured connection.

Electronic data is protected by Two-step authentication with usernames and passwords.

Access to the data shall be granted only to persons employed by the controller who need the data for the purposes of their duties.

9. Automated decision making

Automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU Data Protection Regulation) are not taken.

10. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to check what information about him has been deposited in the personal data register. We hope that the inspection request will be sent to the person in charge of the registry by e-mail: marjis@willmandancecompany.fi

The right of inspection is free of charge, carried out no more than once a year.

The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another.
